Group classes are a great way to get started if you have no injuries or to progress to if you have recovered from a prior injury. We take a maximum of 10 people for our group classes, so supervision and individual assistance can be efficiently provided in order to maximise quality – not quantity.

Classes focus on a sequence of Pilates exercises and may include floor exercises using the body weight as resistance; exercises performed on specialised pieces of larger apparatus such as the reformer, trapeze table and wunda chair; or exercises utilising small apparatus such as magic circles, foam rollers, fit balls and therabands.

Gentle circuit sessions  utilise the small and large apparatus mentioned above but exclude exercises performed on the floor.
