Phyx You Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation offer hydrotherapy sessions on Monday afternoons & evenings. Our classes are run by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, who tailor-make an exercise program suited to your needs and work with you to help you achieve your goals.

Hydrotherapy is an excellent option to perform water-based exercises when you’re struggling to perform land-based exercises. The buoyance of water reduces the load going through your joints, allowing you to comfortably perform exercises in a safe and pain-free manner.
