I love the variety of not knowing who will walk through the clinic door either with an acute injury or a chronic problem that has somehow affected their lives.
My passion is treating people who have an active interest in improving their health and wellbeing, to learn about their goals, develop management strategies, rehabilitation programs and provide hands on treatment to improve every aspect of their being.
I am a DMA certified clinical pilates therapist and am currently studying my masters in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through La Trobe University in Melbourne.

I am a proud local who completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy down south in Albury where I learnt a new appreciation for our beautiful coastline and relaxed lifestyle. I was lucky to have this amazing opportunity to return to my hometown and give back to the community through my work as a Physiotherapist.
Physiotherapy is a dynamic and exciting field with each patient presenting with a new condition or injury as individual as them. While it is challenging to meet patients at a time of suffering it is a joy to assist them in their recovery and achieve personal goals no matter how big or small they are.
I have enjoyed participating in multiple sports throughout the years and still continue to play netball as well as train at the gym. I believe it is important to maintain an active lifestyle and practice what you preach - with this in mind I have a personal and professional goal to undertake my first half marathon.
I am a trained DMA Clinical Pilates Instructor, completed my Sports Trainers Level 1 & 2 certificate, and am thoroughly interested in pursuing further training in Women’s Health.

Hi I’m Harley, the newest addition to the team!
I recently moved to Port Macquarie with my young family for a sea change and to work with the fantastic crew at Phyx You. In my spare time I enjoy kayak fishing, swimming and chasing after my children.
I genuinely love being a Physiotherapist because I love the science and I love working with people to achieve their ambitions.
I’m a Rugby tragic and have been lucky enough to be the Physiotherapist for Central West Rugby for the past three years.
I have a personal interest in neuroscience and chronic pain conditions and have participated in postgraduate professional development in Sports Physiotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy and chronic pain in spinal chord injuries.

I graduated from Southern Cross University Lismore in 2015, with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and made the move to beautiful Port Macquarie in later that year.
As an exercise physiologist, my passions lie within musculoskeletal concerns people may have as well as identifying weaknesses that restrict people’s physical ability within their day-to-day activities.
I have a passion for all things elite and high performance, and this stems from my love of sport, particularly cricket, where I played at numerous representative levels. I has a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning and I'm undertaking my Masters degree at Edith Cowan University.
In my spare time you’ll find me near the seaside with my Fiancée and my Great Dane pup Thor.

I was born and raised in Dubbo until 2012 where I went to university at Charles Sturt University in Orange. I was always that sporty kid at school, always putting my hand up for any sport/activity the school offered, until I reached the age of 14-15 and I started to get injured, a lot. I spent a lot of time with physios for various injuries over the years which is what drew me to the profession, as I've always had a passion for exercise and sport and I've always been fascinated by the human body and how can get injured.
Once I graduated uni, I spent a month travelling around Europe which was easily one of the best experiences of my life. My favourite country is Ireland, and my favourite city is Florence, Italy. I moved to Port Macquarie at the beginning of 2016 and have never looked back. I love the beach and the lifestyle here, but I do miss my family back home in Dubbo.
I have a keen interest in knee injuries and particularly sports-related injuries of any kind. I have worked with rugby teams over the past 5 years so that is a sport that I find interesting in regard to how the injuries occur. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach and I'm still learning how to surf so that's a challenge that I love.

Hi I’m Bec! I am from the small country town of Inverell. I completed my Physiotherapy degree at the University of Newcastle. Prior to moving to Port Macquarie I was working at the Central Coast. At the start of 2018 I moved to beautiful Port Macquarie and I am so excited to be a part of the PhyxYou team!
I was inspired to be a Physiotherapist after experiencing knee injuries and undergoing knee surgery in high school. I was devastated about the impact that an injury can have on your life and how it can stop you from doing the things you love. Physio and rehab played such a major role in getting me back to playing sport and doing the things I love. This huge impact that Physio had on my life made me think “Wow! This awesome – I want to help people the way that Physio has helped me”.
I love knowing that what we do as Physios can really make major differences to people’s lives by striving to achieve their goals – whether its returning to sports or hobbies, maintaining function, staying active and healthy, or being able to perform everyday activities without restriction. I love interacting with people, really finding out what they want to be able to achieve and what they need to be able to do. It’s all about creating individualised treatment and rehab programs to empower people and help improve their quality of life.

Shirl is the 'old girl' of the team...and thats cause she has been with Phyx You from the beginning (-; (-;
She is not only the face at the front - shes the jack of all trades!! Shes the money spender, the linen washer and you will even see her up a ladder and changing the light bulb. She loves nothing more then a chat (when shes not cursing about technology and computers), and will want to know what your having for dinner!
PhyxYou not only wouldn't be the same but wouldn't run without Shirl and also Ross - our maintenance/handyman (-;

I am the administration trainee at Phyx You Physio. When I'm not learning something new I'm tending to my 2 GIANT fur babies! What I love about working at Phyx You is being apart of our excellent team who take pride in the recovery of all of our wonderful patients! One of my favourite foods is Lamingtons, which are great for sharing when having a good chat and meeting new people (while bonding over our love for lamingtons!)"
