Prenatal - Whether you're currently pregnant or planning to start soon, we offer exercises and education tailored to prepare you for birth, prevent postpartum pelvic floor issues and manage back and pelvic pain.
Postpartum - If you've already had your little bub arrive and you're thinking perhaps something doesn't feel right, or you just want to check up on the current state of your pelvic floor - we can help. We also educate and treat many different pregnancy-related conditions such as; diastasis recti, incontinence and prolapse among many others.
The initial assessment is conducted in a private room with knowledgeable, experienced Continence and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Initial assessments are approximately 1 hour, which includes a thorough verbal history and physical examination (external/internal) at the consent of the women.
At the initial appointment education and a specifically tailored treatment plan will be given to improve your condition and help achieve your goals.
Follow-up consultations are 30-60 minutes depending on your condition
Regular reassessment of your condition
Follow-up communication with the referral sources
